plaukimas krūtine statusas T sritis Kūno kultūra ir sportas apibrėžtis Sportinio plaukimo būdas – plaukimas krūtine simetriškais vienalaikiais rankų ir kojų judesiais po vandeniu. Plaukiko kūno padėtis horizontali, pečiai sulig vandens paviršiumi, judesiai primena plaukiančios varlės judesius. Oro įkvepiama išnėrus iš vandens galvą, kai rankos paneriamos į vandenį.
